CNY Signature Properties
Initiating a second career in real estate in 2010 after a thirty year tenure as a self- employed salon owner, I have been able to capitalize on the tremendous skill set I developed previously as I grow my present career as a REALTOR. The most important components of my professional life have always been my ability to build meaningful interpersonal relationships, a desire to learn all I can about whatever I am involved in, and my strong work ethic. Currently as a buyer specialist, I bring my existing cooperative spirit to the real estate environment. I have now joined CNY Signature Properties LLC, with a continued focus on customer care.
As a REALTOR, I have spent many hours pursuing a higher level of education of the field, earning both the ABR and e-Pro designations and taking specialized buyer training courses. I presently sit on the GSAR Board of Directors and also chair the Fair Housing and Diversity Committee. In addition, over the past several years, I have attended the National Association of Realtors conference and numerous DC Legislative Conferences. These opportunities have afforded me the ability to learn how other chapters are addressing national and local issues as well as allowed me to participate in having our collective REALTOR voice heard on matters of concern to the real estate industry, the community in general, and clients I serve.
My work with New York State Senate and Assembly lawmakers to change the current laws regarding tougher sentencing for repeat DWI offenders has increased my awareness in general of the legislative process as well as proving to be incredibly personally rewarding.
I am committed to my career as a realtor, putting my client's wants and needs above my own. In my spare time, I love gardening and spending time with my husband Ron, our friends and family, and our two Shih-Tzus, Charlotte and Grace.
